 Is local pickup available?

  • Yes, you may pick your order up and save on shipping. We have a will call office located in City of Industry (91748), California, where is near the 60 and 57 freeways. For more details of local pickup order, please click HERE.

 If I order online, how long does shipping take?

  • If the bike in the preferred color is in stock, we usually process and ship each order with UPS or FedEx Ground service in 1~2 business days. Please note that all the orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Normally, it would take approx. 2~5 business days of delivery, however varying circumstances may delay the delivery. If you have any question, please contact our Sales Dep. ( ) directly. Our sales representative will be glad to help you.

 Can I have my tracking number?

  • Yes, the tracking number will be available 1 day after the order is shipped. For example, the tracking number will be available on Tuesday if the order is place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To get your tracking number, please click HERE.

 How much assembly is required?

 Is there a warranty for my bike?

  • Yes, we only sell name brand bikes which comes with the full factory warranty. For the warranty information, please click HERE.

 Why are some bikes in the similar style but at cheaper prices?

  • Bicycles can be in similar styles and specifications but the quality of each component (from the seat post clamp, spokes, stem and hubs to the fork and frame) can be totally different. If the bike is not just for a short period of time of usage, why do you need to save a small money and suffer such low quality?
